Cocoa entering the EU will have to come from a transparent supply chain. Importing companies will have to be aware of what is happening throughout the value chain. The new regulations will have an impact on the entire industry, so the question is:

  1. Will the price of cocoa  increase?
  2. Will margins of the cocoa industry be reduced?
  3. Will farmers receive a lower price for their product?
