Women in Agribusiness Forum 2021



Guzakuza is partnering with GIZ Ghana and Ecobank to host this year's Women in Agribusiness Forum 2021 (WAF 2021) in Ghana under the theme; "Women transforming food systems: What is the data saying?"

The 2021 Women in Agribusiness Forum aims to raise awareness and enrich discussions about the critical role women play in transforming food systems with focus on what the data says. The event additionally collate views and incorporate the needs of women-managed small and growing agribusinesses in Africa into the novel United Nations Food Systems Summit. 

This year's WAF event is expected to attract 300 women from Africa and around the world. Five exceptional women in Agribusiness will also be recognised for their works.

Industry players including Dr. Janet Edeme from the African Union Commission (AUC) and  Dr. Nomathemba Mhlanga from the UN-Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) will be speaking.
